Hi Jim. Keep looking to Jesus in all this. Keep your mind stayed on Him. Allow the promises He has given in His Word to keep you unshaken by what you see. Read and ponder these scriptures - Heb.10:35-39, Isa.26:1-3, Psa.112:6-8.

Hi Del, I've prayed for you. It's good you recognise your need for God. Have you come to Him through Jesus Christ? He is the only Way. Have you taken time to study God's Word to find out what He is willing to do and what He has promised to do? This is how faith comes and it is by faith that we receive.

Hi Susan, It's important to pray your desire in two parts: 1) that God will set up on opportunity for you to take up employment, 2) that God will supply all your need according to His riches in glory through Christ Jesus. I will pray in agreement with you over these two requests.

Hi Sophie, God's deliverance and His rescues in our lives are because of His covenant relationship with us. He is with you and for you because you are in Christ. He wants to deliver you in this situation you are facing now.

Hi Elaine, The devil looks for an opportune moment to make a counter attack. At times when he does remember, perceptions and feelings change but God's word remains the same. Deal with the counter attack, adversity or trial you are facing right now by focussing on the promises not on the perceptions and then resisting the devil with the words of the promises (scripture).

The vocabulary you use in your prayer request suggests you belong to a group that has taken Rom.3:1-2 beyond the meaning that it's context indicates and who have not really taken on board the exhortation of 1 Cor.1:10-13 and the teaching of Eph.2:13-19. Thank God those of the Body of Christ are simply called Christians. Act.11:26.
